Dr. Milind Jiwane, well-known personality of Nagpur (India) is a founder president of Jeewak Welfare Society. He is highly qualified and familiar with the Ambedarite society. He formed the religious organization named Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation (India). He is National Chairman of Civil Rights Protection Cell. He was Chairman of Amritvan Leprosy Rehabilitation Centre, Pardi, Nagpur and Ex Acting Chairman of Arhat Welfare Society. He was central President of Dr. Ambedkar Ayurvedic Medicos Association. He is Ex Medical Officer of Health Dept. of ZP Nagpur. He has visited different countries like Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia, Singapore etc.
He presented many research papers on social issues in different universities of India. He is practical involved in Tree Plantation Campaign & Rallies, organized Free Medical Camps in different areas, World Population Day, Free School Uniform Distribution Program, Free Dental Diagnostic Camps etc. He was Chairperson of World Buddhist Conference 2006 at Nagpur and Welcome Chairperson of Spreading Buddhism International Conference 2013-14 held at Nagpur. He was organizer of Dhamma Deeksha Ceremony 1992-93 held at Nagpur and Welcome Chairman of Buddha Dharma National Conference 2013 held at Nagpur. He was participated many Buddha Dhamma Conferences & Social Conferences as a Chief Guest and sometimes he was chairperson. He wrote three books and published a souvenirs. He is well known as a writer, poet as well as Social & Dhamma Thinker.
